Lift can be inspected at the following location: 8488 Cumming Hwy., Canton, GA 30115 Inspection Date: Mon. April 11th & Tues. April 12th from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Bidding Deadline: By 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 13th Bidder Notification: The successful bidder will be notified by phone or e-mail by close of business day, Thursday, April 14th Closing: Purchase must be secured by credit card upon notification of bid acceptance. Terms: Cash or Cashier’s Check, or credit card. Merchandise will be sold as is/where is without guarantee. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Removal: All items in sale must be removed by Friday, April 22nd. Sales Tax: Sale subject to Georgia State sales tax.
