Who loves the simplicity and functionality design of Mid Century?! WE DO!! We have been able to book some terrific sales this year, but, this is the first for us in reach of a design we love so much.. Mid Century!! Our next client is downsizing from their nearly 3000 sq ft multi home to something a bit more manageable for their next step in life.

Thank you all for the great compliments with the past few sales.. they have been a COMPLETE success and we were able to help some terrific families move on with their next step! We'll be in another great area of town.. North Dallas! We hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of Summer and can come out to see us and the gang before John F. Kennedy's birthday! We'll be just southeast of Hillcrest and Royal Lane west of 75 (North Central Expy)..

• Entryway~

Classic pieces great for any home!! If you have the love of that simple elegance of great antique pieces pause here for a moment to admire not only the fantastic art but the marble top entry table, unique umbrella stand with drip tray or a miniature bookcase with collectible books and literature pieces. Art in so many styles throughout the home.. watercolors, collographs, lithographs, collages and etchings.. stop and reflect with each piece for a moment!

• Dining Room~
Front Table Items:
Antique mesh chain link purses, costume jewelry and broaches, 20th Anniversary 'Coins of Isreal' to Copenhagen mugs, pave' diamond and  54.p sapphire ring.. A handsome Mid Century dining room set by Heritage in a beautiful walnut with six chairs in a handsome burnt orange. 

• Formal Living Room~

This little room off the entry has been staged as a front office area featuring a great 'L shaped' desk, retro sleeper sofa and cute navy mid century settee. Super woven rugs and hip pillows in great color palettes to an antique English side table, Polish bentwood chairs to a gorgeous antique drop leaf gate leg table in splendid condition. Polish and Parisian posters to a Jasper Johns' 1970-80's Drawings gallery advertising. Regency chandelier to great period lights.. sit down and enjoy the view of the front courtyard for a moment from here!

• Living/Den Area~

This is the room THAT sells this house!! What a presentation this tells! Two awesome period sofas great for you mid century lovers! One in a super crisp white (that nobody was allowed to sit on!) and the other in a great funky 60's print! (I want THAT one!!) Super hip and sleek Drexel desk and a Kai Kristiansen chair.. super L-O-N-G sofa table with great Hopi Indian pottery! Woven baskets to incense burners, sleek Lane end tables and coffee table to an antique Isfahan Persian rug in rich colors.. yum!! Several great lamps throughout the home.. pick out one OR two for your own space! Great built ins!! Tons of hardbacks to paperbacks.. Easton Press and more! Tons of literature on Mayan Hieroglyphics to Mayan Vases, great assortment of vintage children's workbooks to the Poetic Works of Robert Browning. Cute little teak end tables to a great big Lane oversized leather easy chair with ottoman for a night next to the fire or in a man cave! Too many things I want for my own home in here!!

• Kitchen~

Everyday essentials and more.. swing through here and add something to your own favorite room of the house! Some pots & pans by Cuisinart to finer porcelain and bone china. Great stemware and glassware to some silver plate serving pieces. Bakeware to barware and Dansk stoneware dishes to glass. 
An antique china hutch to a great eat-in kitchen table with wrought iron base and five chairs. Barley twist trolley to some great wooden side tables and stands.. AND one of the largest enamel dishes I have ever seen and more!

• First Bedroom~

A Maitland Smith desk is the feature of this office room.. with three drawers and leather inlay it will be that great find you'll tell everyone about! Two antique lawyer Barrister bookcases flank the room along with some other great office necessities.. a rolling book cart and a Multiplex slide viewer with storage, various paperbacks and hardbacks to a custom wool 11 color rug.. very subtle.

• Second Bedroom~

Part bohemian and casual to part sophisticate our client loved color and texture! Some great tunics and throws to some Anne Klein and Allie Coosh articles.. (women's clothing mostly size L & shoes around size 7).. Everyday linens and textiles to quilts and embroidered tablecloths.. pop in this second bedroom to find something for yourself!!

• Master Bedroom~

Here's a lucky find for some of you Mid Century lovers.. a clean and simple king size headboard in teak! Great lines yet sophisticated.. two great mid century end tables accompanied by some great period artwork. And wholly oak roll top desks! We got a big one for you this week!! This is one beautiful and solid piece of furniture for you all who love something made built to last! Tons of storage and cubbies AND in terrific shape for it's age! Bring a friend (or three) to give a hand because you'll need some help! A great accent side table piece to match with sliding work top, a pair of club chairs to an upholstered settee with Chippendale style coffee table to a fantastic mid century slat bench.. check out this master for yourself!

• Back Den/Office~

We've made this into our own interpretation of an 'Art Gallery'.. with SO MUCH room in this great home we were able to dedicate a complete room to nothing but art!! Come into this oasis! Oils on Masonite and canvas to paper on board artwork.. this artist's eye captured some great truly beautiful images! Take a moment and stop in here to add some art to your home from this published artist!

• Garage/Utility~

Everyday chemicals and cleaning supplies to a newer Whirlpool washer and older Kenmore dryer.. stop in here on the way to the garage!

Several large art stacking/shipping crates to office equipment and file cabinets, a Schwinn signature exercise bike to several yard and hand tools.. guys come out here to find something for yourselves while the ladies shop inside! Name brands like Craftsman, Black & Decker to Sunbeam.. a men's Alpine racing bike to custom cabinetry to add storage to your own project!! Vintage card table set to a teak twin size headboard and coffee table.. even a Brandon Biebel skateboard for the kiddos! Just too much out here to mention so you'll have to come out and see it for yourself!! 

• Back Patio~

Custom sculpture by Mary 'Iron Eyes Isreal' (Hatzenbuehler) Hatz (multi positional; circa 1970's) featured in the courtyard.. stunning! This custom piece was done especially for the homeowner after moving in this splendid house. Great for any Brutalist style lover!! Various planting pots to outdoor seating.. come out here and enjoy the peace and beauty of the back courtyard!! Ahhh...! Love it!
