Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:
We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone. Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm. A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.
We are looking for a couple of young & bright individuals to join the Ampersand team if you are interested please come see Brad, Meg or Monica at one of our upcoming sales.

We are conducting an Estate Sale on the 1st floor & basement of a spacious Evanston two flat filled with wonderful paintings, treasures from Greece, everyday china, women’s clothing & shoes, jewelry & purses, kitchen items, sports cards, linens, TV’s & a vintage stereo, a washer & gas dryer, lawn mower and so much more! Directions for our estate sale in Evanston this weekend: From Oakton Street & Ridge Avenue in Evanston IL. Take Ridge Avenue south to Hull Terrace. Turn right (west) on Hull Terrace. The two flat is 1029 and is on the north side of the street.
