First come - first serve! We do not have a sign up sheet so form a line outside the front door. You will have access to the sale promptly at 8am.
Once inside the estate, we have staff available to help you with your selections. We have a holding table for those items as well. We do not move or load furniture so please come prepared to move your own items before the sale ends! We accept Cash, ALL MAJOR Credit Cards, and all good checks. Please leave your bags and boxes in your vehicle. We provide baskets to help carry your items. A complimentary packing station is available when checking out. We are happy to provide SOLD tags once your items have been paid for. PARKING IS LIMITED TO DESIGNATED ON STREET PARKING AREAS ONLY! Please DO NOT park on neighbor's lawns.We appreciate your cooperation for adhering to designated parking locations. We do consider internet offers. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS. |

This estate is located in the pristine complex of Coventry Woods in Kennebunk, Maine. Condo Association policy restricts the offering of an extended estate sale on the premises.
HOWEVER, we will be conducting a one-day estate sale during their annual Community Yard Sale on Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 8am – 3pm AND followed by “An Appointment Only” on Sunday from 10am-2pm. Sign-up sheets for Sunday's viewing will be available at the sale on Saturday. Contact us via email or by phone should you want to come on Sunday but will not be there on Saturday!
There will be a sign-up sheet available on Saturday for those interested folks who would like to return on Sunday to purchase any remaining items.
This estate sale features an eclectic mix of French-Provincial style to mid-century modern furniture, a stunning set of Minton China in the “Vineyard” Pattern, and an extensive offering of photographic developing equipment.
