Due to the size of the rooms in the house and the multitude of small breakable items displayed we will be limiting the amount of people in the house at one time. Sale begins 9:00am with no previews or early birds. We are required to charge state sales tax. If you are tax exempt please be prepared to provide current tax exempt certificate. All sales are as is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All items must be removed by the last day of the sale. We do offer reasonably priced delivery service for larger items if interested. Please respect the neighbors and do not park on their lawns, driveways or near mailboxes. We will be accepting cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express with picture ID.

Join Hickory Hill Auctions and the Country Store as we team up for this two day estate sale on Friday June 17th and Saturday June 18th. Doors will open each day at 9:00am and stay opne Friday until 6:00pm and Saturday until 3:00pm. The current residents are moving out and have many beautiful items to sell before the new family moves in. Hundreds of items needing a new home such as a king size bed, huge and very ornate china cabinet, cookware, exercise equipment, fully functional tanning bed, glassware, china, artwork, collectibles, floor and table lamps, patio furniture, floor mirror, end tables, coffee tables, and much more. Doors will open promptly at 9:00am each day. No sales will take place before that time. More pictures will be added up until day of the sale so check back often. |
