This immaculate home sold very quickly and we are helping the owners clean it out. This will be a nice fun sale with some very interesting vintage furnishings and collectibles items – most in perfect condition! The furniture is all high quality including: Ethan Allen hutch and server, rock maple dressers with canon ball bed, 2 sofas, Broyhill twin bedrooom, set of 6 kitchen chairs, patio set, chaise lounge, antique school desk, plant stands, and even an antique Singer treadle sewing machine! There are also some very nice vintage lamps, mirrors and artwork including a wonderful embroidered textile depicting the Taj Mahal. We also found many clocks including a grandmother and an antique New Haven mantle clock with Westminster chimes. There are the usual household items, kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners, glasses, casseroles, and a Brother SC 6600 computerized sewing machine. There are 2 vintage stereo systems, speakers, child’s record player, records, books, and a large assortment of vintage cameras, projectors, typewriters, and other contraptions. We also found a lot of collectibles: 1967 Dexter Press Boston Red Sox collector cards, more old sports cards, older religious items, 2 boxes of player piano rolls, old kitchenalia, kettles and a really neat collection of items from Lawrence MA (including early 20th C class photos, yard longs, diplomas, class rings and ephemera from Lawrence High School.) Even the school desk is from the Currier school! There are also boxes full of old magazines and ephemera from 1915 – 1940’s. We also found vintage board games, old dolls, toys, some wonderful hand-made linens, numerous vintage coats and furs, compacts, gloves, beaded purses, Gold, Sterling and other vintage jewelry and watches. Newer collectibles include: MANY retired Dept 56 Snow Village pcs, 2 closets full of collector plates, and a world travelers collection of postcards. Some nice things in the garage too including a Stihl KM56 Yard Machine, high-end fitness bicycle, tools, sawhorses and you name it!. This is a very eclectic and interesting sale. Don’t miss it!
