This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

Description: This is an amazing sale in an absolutely beautiful estate in the Venice canals. An award winning actress is having a great sale!! Wow!! There is something for everyone. Here are the details....
The estate has an amazing collection of contemporary furniture and collectables. The estate is filled with many beautiful furniture items from designers such as Restoration Hardware and so many others. There is an immaculate dining table with matching buffet, a leather sofa with matching armchair, a handmade free standing chess table with pieces and stools, a reclaimed wooden door coffee table, multiple sofas and sofa chairs, a desk, multiple side tables, cabinets, dressers, a beautiful wooden bedroom set, multiple designer contemporary rugs, outdoor furniture, beautiful handmade wooden benches with copper accents, lamps, mirrors, an outdoor fountain, rugs, and more.
There are a number of beautiful art pieces of all different types. There are Buddha sculptures, multiple original art pieces, and carvings and so many other fun items!
The collection does not stop there. There are a number of stationary items, DVDs, CDS, games, TV memorabilia, Simpsons memorabilia, autographed items, autographed books, and so many collectable and hard to find items.
There are some appliances that include a large freezer, stove, and others.

Parking: There is street parking in front of the house on Linnie Ave. There are AESofLA parking signs on the street to identify where to park. The security guard will be happy to help you find parking. Entrance to the estate is on the canal. It's beautiful!.
