•Cash/credit (credit on purchases over $100). No checks. •Special bundling discounts may apply on high volume sales only. •We do not negotiate prices at the check out counter. If you have any questions on an item prior to checkout, please speak with an associate before you make your way to the desk. •No holds on merchandise. •We accept purchases over the phone by credit card (on items $100 or more) after 10 AM until close of business. NOTE: All phone purchases are not refundable and must be picked up by the close of business on THE SAME DAY IT WAS PURCHASED or item will be resold. •No cash/credit split sales. •All merchandise over $100 is available for bid. •Bring help to load large items. •Homestead Kate's and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents. • All large items must be picked up by Saturday at 5 pm. *The homeowners and their family are our first priority.
