*****We are an auction & estate sale company and are required by the State of Alabama to charge sales tax. There will be a sales tax applied to this sale. We don't make the rules, we just follow them. ******We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them. Due to liability issues. ******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc..... ******We will be taking cash only for this sale. The only exception to this is if you are a registered customer with our company with a perfect check writing record). ******ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. *******A sign in sheet will be posted at 1:00 p.m. We will have to limit this sale to 25 at a time in the house due to space limitations. |

We are very honored to be handling the estate of Bill and Helga Stephens which served the Montgomery area for 56 years. This will be a 5 hours estate sale and everything must go. Everything will need to be removed day of sale. ONE DAY ONLY, ONE DAY ONLY PLAN NOW TO ATTEND BOTH THE AUCTION OF THE SALON THEN WE WILL MOVE ON OVER TO THIS LOCATION TO HAVE A TAG SALE FOR THE CONTENTS OF THE HOME.
