This onsite estate sale begins 9:00am Friday August 5th with no previews or early birds. We are required to charge state sales tax. If you are tax exempt please be prepared to provide current tax exempt certificate. All sales are as is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All items must be removed by the last day of the sale. We do offer reasonably priced delivery service for larger items if interested. Please respect the neighbors and do not park on their lawns, driveways or near mailboxes. We will be accepting cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express with picture ID. Checks will not be accepted.

| Two day onsite estate sale in downtown Monticello, Florida to be held the first weekend in August. We will be selling off the contents of the home and storage building. This sale will be held rain or shine allowing you to shop inside the home. The sale will include some true pieces of antique furniture and original artwork along with a nice selection of vintage art glass. Doors will open each morning at 9:00am closing at 6:00pm Friday and closing 3:00pm Saturday. Pictures and descriptions will be posted throughout the month, so check back often. |
