We are required by the Georgia Department of Revenue to collect sales tax. DEALERS: YOU MUST GIVE ME A COPY OF YOUR SALES TAX CERTIFICATE TO AVOID PAYING SALES TAX. Some very large heavy items for sale in this house. Please bring help and any tools you will need if you plan to purchase furniture. We have a furniture dolly you can use. ***ST IVES RULES: ***Do not go over 25 mph in the neighborhood or you will get a ticket ***Make sure you completely stop at all Stop Signs in the neighborhood ***Your name MUST be on the list given to the guard in order for you to get into the sale ***Show your driver's license at the gate ***Please do not arrive at the gate prior to 9 am when the sale starts. They will not let you in & it will just cause a backup at the gate
