We collect sales tax unless you have a resellers permit on file with us.
•Items are U-Haul, U-Load. Items must be picked up by Sunday @ 3pm.
•Items will go 50% off on Sunday at 12:00pm.
•We accept Cash. Credit Cards can be accepted for orders over $100 and there is a $2 fee.
•Prices are firm, we do not negotiate.
•Items Sold As Is - Please Test. No Refunds or Exchanges.
•We may take bids for items priced over $100 prior our opening Saturday morning, and again prior to the half off sale at noon on Sunday.
•We do not hand out numbers, we may limit the amount of people to enter the home for safety.
•Enter at your own risk.
•You break, you buy. Please only handle items you are serious about purchasing.
•We do not give out pricing information prior to the sale date.
