    This is a fine collection that has been well taken care of and preserved. The conditions of the items amazes me. But when you see the steps that were taken to do so, you understand how they are in such great condition.
This estate has lots of Retro - Mid Century items from everything such as the two Thunderbirds & Airstream - to the Bikes - Engines and autoparts - to the items in the home. Then the home itself will be sold by Mendenhall Auction Company NCAL#211 at 12 noon
Abreviated Listing:
1963 Ford Thunderbird with 390 4barrel with 300 hsp straight out of the factory. Has 110,986 miles on it. All original except for paint on passenger door and rear quarterpanel due to scrape in parking lot prior to 65. This has been garaged kept and is a well preserved car runs great see pics-
1975 Land Yacht Travel Trailer 31 ft (I31-TSJ-2050) by Airstream, all original. Only issue known is need regulater on gas tanks. Another nicely preserved unit see pics, this unit has been kept under shelter and windows have insulation stuck in them to preserve from sunlight and etc. See pics -
1979 Ford Thunderbird with 5.0 (302 Engine) has 99,251 miles on it. All original, garage kept, excellent condition, runs great. Garage kept and well preserved car see pics.
1972 CB 350 *4cylinder* Honda Please note most of these were 2cylinder, not as many 4 cylinder. This bike is in great condition  with only 8,448 miles on it. Garage kept however has been sitting for years and needs battery.
1975 Kawasaki K2 400 another bike well preserved and in great condition. Has only 5177 miles on it, been garage kept. However it has set for years also needs battery.

56 Ford Parklane parts like 312 motor and transmission (This is the Classic Station Wagon) also have - exterior chrome - instrument panel & readers - headlight covers - 4 hub caps - 3 wheels -fender skirts - hood ornament - radio -

We are just getting started prepping this estate for Auction. We have lots of boxes and storage areas to sort through and expect many Surprises!! Auctioneer Note - All of the items in Estate will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve except for 3 items. The three to be sold with reserve is : 1963 Thunderbird, 1975 Airstream - and 1979 Ford Thunderbird. However the seller's are highly motivated to sell! This is a Great Opportunity to Own Some Well Preserved Classics!
Terms - All Items will be sold AS IS to the highest bidder except in the case of the three listed above. Those three will be sold AS IS with subject to confirmation from the seller!
Forms of Payment include Cash, Debit /Credit Card, any checks will have to be accompanied with verified bank letter and have the Auctioneer Wayne Cannada's approval prior to auction!
All items purchased must be paid in full day of sale prior to removal. Only exception is the 1963 Thunderbird, 1979 Thunderbird, and 1975 Airstream. The high bidder may put down a 10% non-refundable deposit on these three and balance due with in five work days following the auction. (Titles completed once payment in full has been received, same for pickup and removal)

Some of the Items in sale will be done with Hybrid auction meaning live on site as well as online auction!!
There will be no buyer's premium live on site for the personal property estate auction except 3% charge to cover expense for credit cards, if you pay with cash = there is a 3% discount.
The absentee, phone bidders, and online bidders will have a 10% buyers premium to cover online expense.
