Please note a few guidelines to make our and your experience pain free: Cash is always preferred however Credit cards will be accepted with $100.00 minimum purchase and you must have a valid ID. We are obligated by the state of Texas to charge sales tax unless you can provide us with a form showing your exemption or resale status. These forms are printable so please bring them with you as we do not supply them. Watch your children and keep them close to you. No large handbags/bags or large purses. WE DO NOT HELP LOAD or provide equipment to help load. Please bring your own helpers to move items. In addition, packing materials and bags are always limited. Please bring extra if you have any. We do not have the time to pack your items for you. Please bring your smile and have fun while shopping with us. All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are Final. We are Not responsible for accidents so please Be careful while shopping. We do not give out prices before the sale. Do not block driveways or mail boxes. Incredibly Nice Plano Estate Sale-DFW Elite Estate Sales This week we are prepping and setting up in a beautiful neighborhood of Plano and we hope to see you all there! Our very sweet clients are downsizing and leaving most everything behind. Their immaculate 3700 sq ft home is packed with many lovely treasures that are sure to please! This is going to be a great sale with tons of wonderful home furnishings, household goods and decorative items! We will be updating with more info, pics and details soon! Days & Hours of Operation: Friday August 12th 10-4pm Saturday August 13th 10-3pm
Location: City of Plano, right off Hedgcoxe and Custer Road. (full address will be posted the day before the sale) Please Note: Due to strict Plano city rules, signs will be very limited so you will need to rely on your GPS.
