This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

Description: This is a beautiful estate with an amazing collection of contemporary furniture and collectables.
There is so much!
The furniture is a mix of contemporary, ornate Italian, and antique.
The furniture includes a number of beautiful Restoration Hardware items that are still sold in the showroom. These items include, but are not limited to, 2 kind bedroom sets, dining chairs, multiple display cabinets and shelving units, multiple dressers, a rustic coffee table, accent chairs, accent tables, a large leather sofa, and an outdoor table and chairs.
There are additional furniture items from various other designers. These items include a custom leather tufted sofa, a Pottery Barn slip cover sofa with matching armchair and ottoman, 2 ornate inlaid desks, 2 leather armchairs, marble pillars, bronze sculptures, multiple accent chairs, an inlaid display cabinet, a wine rack, an inlaid game table with leather chairs, multiple inlaid buffets, multiple accent tables, an exquisite grandfather clock, a handmade rug, multiple mirrors, and more.
The collection does not stop there. There are so many incredible items.
There are multiple sets of designer porcelain dishes from designers such as Spode and Villeroy and Boch, Lladro figurines, multiple picture frames, Waterford crystal, Frank Sinatra memorabilia, Dean Martin memorabilia, designer bedding, so many beautiful glass items, household items, a collection of Breyer horses and accessories, original oil paintings, American Girl Doll accessories, and so much more.
There are also designer women’s clothing items.
There are women’s clothing, shoes, purses, and accessories. A number of these items are new with the tags.
The Women’s clothing sizes are small and medium.
Everything is in immaculate condition and the details are truly amazing.

Also, please remember there are no hand bags allowed into the sale. Please bring your own boxes. Please plan accordingly.
Parking: There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The security guard will be happy to help you.
