There will be a total of 3 auctioneers selling the contents of a 10,000 square foot warehouse at one time. There WILL BE A DEDICATED AUCTION RING TO THE TRAIN COLLECTION BY ITSELF. The warehouse is a fast paced, multiple auctioneer walking style auction. There are no seats in the building, if you need a seat you will need to bring one with you.
