Photography is complete and our latest sale is up an running at this mountain house perched on a cliff with a 62 mile view of Kings Mountain, NC. The owners downsized, moving back to Indiana. They were traveling Hoosiers, having lived in London and San Francisco, among other places. They collected lots of things, leaving behind a collection of fine furnishings, personal belongings, family heirloom antique collectibles, crafting materials, and tools which need to be cleared out. This house must get on the market soon.

Here is the essential information: This is an online auction, underway right now, and 24/7 until it ends Saturday, September 17th at 8PM.

CRITICAL PICK-UP DAY INFORMATION

You must not be in a hurry on pick up day. We will get you in and out as quickly as possible. If you must be somewhere else soon after your "appointed arrival" time, please don't bid. We can't promise you won't be late returning to the gate. Please understand this.

The Cliffs at Glassy is a mountain-side gated community with steep, curving roads. In order to be allowed to have this sale we had to agree to escort every buyer to and from the pick-up address. The pick-up address is 3.5 miles from the security gate. From the gate, it is a 10 minute drive to the Club House, and then a 1/2 mile to the pick-up address. On pickup day it will be more important than usual for buyers to be on time. Again, please don't be in a hurry.

Due to the extremely steep and narrow driveway no trailers or vehicles with more than 2 axles will be allowed to proceed to the pick-up address. If you must bring a trailer you'll have to leave it at the Club House parking lot 1/2 mile from the pick-up address and make multiple trips to the house.  At the pick-up address there is only enough space for 3 small/medium sized cars, or 2 normal sized pick-up trucks. The driveway is very steep so plan to bring plenty of rope and tie-down straps.
