Seriously, We called this sale "YOU AIN'T SEEN NOTHING YET", because what we have pictured and described in this Ad is only about 1/10th of what is all here in Sache  (For those who don't know, Sache is in the Garland(ish) area) ~ We will be updating daily once we start prepping the two weeks before the sale, so keep checking back often.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  (PLEASE READ ALL, before scrolling down to listing info)

The Homeowners are still living at this Estate, so please be respectful of their Property, and obey the parking signs, etc..... THE VALUABLES, GUNS, JEWELRY, ETC...will not be on the property until the morning of the sale, and will be removed each evening.  They are being stored with a local Security Officer.

DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY BEFORE 7am 

SECURITY OFFICER and Homeowners, as well as surveillance cameras will be on the property 24/7 the entire week of the sale 

*THIS IS NOT A KID FRIENDLY SALE, so as much as we love them, please don't bring them to this one Lots of Dangers, uneven walking ground, steps, nails, scrap wood /metal around, Adult Magazines", swimming pool, sharp objects, chemicals, Ammo, etc....

Please DON'T WEAR FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS due to uneven ground, holes, ruts, nails, etc.... tennis shoes or books, etc...would be best. Bring gloves if you plan to pick through scrap metal, wood, corrugated tin, etc...

Since we have Rooms of Ammo and Gun Powder and Ammo, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THIS PROPERTY (To be fair, not even e-cigs)

 Just to keep everyone safe from above danger (per Homeowner request), we can not allow anyone to carry bags, purses, etc... You will be asked to take them back to your vehicle.  THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY !!!

(We have new a special set up for holding that I think You will like).

We are still waiting on guns and info from the Homeowners, so that's why I haven't posted much more about them yet.  We should have it all worked out over the weekend, one way or another. We may have to have a licesned Gun dealer onsite for any gun sales to make it all legal, so be prepared to show ID info.

 We may have to limit the number of people in at one time (depending on how well everyone behaves :), and WILL limit the number of people in the Gun ,ammo, and reloading room at one time, so please be patient.  We'll see how it is going, then determine how many can go in at once.  

 There are lots of heavy items here...Tools, GUN SAFES, Furniture, Machinery, etc...SO YOU MUST BRING (or arrange for) YOUR OWN LOADING HELP at this one. Each staff member will have an "area", and won't be able to leave to help with loading.

 THERE ARE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS ON THIS PROPERTY, in fact the water has been shut off, so we don't even have restrooms as of yesterday.

As You may have seen from some of my FB LIVE Videos, we have spotty cell reception here, so if we have no service and are unable to run Your Credit Card, please be prepared to pay with CASH.  We can hold items for 30 minutes with deposit it You need to run to an ATM, etc...

LAST, BUT NOT LEAST....There have been alot of long hour days, late nights and blood, sweat, and tears (Literally!) that have been put into getting this HUMONGOUS sale ready, so our complaint department will be closed!  Everyone needs to come with a friendly attitude towards Us (as well as other shoppers), Your patience, AND A GREAT BIG SMILE...READY TO HAVE FUN !!!!
