due to the increase in the amount of estate sale break ins, we will not announce the address until 3 hours before the sale begins. Our sale is FILLED with lovely high end furniture, beautiful carpets, AMAZING wrought iron Spanish style lighting fixtures. Everything is in fantastic condition, sofas, chairs, patio sets. Tucked deep in La Canada, you will need to park on one side only of the street coming up the hill. Park BEFORE you get to the driveway and walk the last 50 yards. If you cannot walk up a short hill comfortably, this is not the sale for you. No kids, no purses, no exceptions.
