This house doesn’t look exciting from the outside, however, if you can handle a little dust, you’ll be glad you came.  The pictures speak for themselves - there are some really great things in this house.  This is NOT your run-of-the-mill STUFFY Estate Sale! This  is a … get up early … load your friends ... wear your grubby clothes ... put on your gloves ... go to bed early so you can wake up and be first in line ... get ready to dig KIND OF SALE!  If you’re an American Picker wanna-be, this is the sale you won’t want to hear about from someone else.  

Some of the furniture has been preserved between walls for many years. We literally had to take down a wall to get to some of it. SUCH FUN!!! Not only that, they kept a lot of their parents things so we have really old, and older still . . . authentic family heirlooms!

There is an authentic primitive pie safe that is in great condition for its age, antique marble top dresser with mirror, oak washstand, antique radio cabinet, nice end tables, beautiful curio/china cabinet, and other furniture including two antique rockers, oak wardrobe with mirror, heavy antique dining table with great legs, beautiful stained glass door and other vintage doors. There is a Singer sewing machine, linens and notions.

There are trunks, many military items, huge collection of vintage liquor decanters, many antique jars & bottles, vintage household goods like corning ware, several cake decorating baking sets, old caned 3 piece settee, several crocks & jugs, tons of glassware including a Tom's candy jar & great decor blue BAll Jars.

Unique items like old doctors scale, antique child's iron bed, vintage beer cans, taxidermy mountain lion hide, antique metal mail boxes, many Georgetown, Tx Bottling bottles, small corner porcelain sink, vintage cast iron bathtub, cast iron wood burning stove, kellogg antique phone, vintage Texaco can, Hohner Carmen accordian and Royal typewriter. There are vintage records, antique German Inscribed Trunk (no bottom) dated 1859, Kenmore refrigerator and nice Kenmore upright freezer.

Vintage and primitive outdoor items to include wooden wine barrel, industrial rolling shelf, iron planters, couple of milk cans, lots of TOOLS. There is every imaginable nut, bolt, screw, nail, rivet and tools to go with them for the Do It Yourselfer…
