Phil Riner has been a professional auctioneer and liquidator since 1978, specializing in estate and business liquidations. Known as a "seller's auctioneer", he maintains constant diligence to achieve the best price possible at for his sellers' goods.
Durig auction schooling Mr. Riner was featured in a special TV news article about auctioneers. He has written and spoken publicly about estate sales and auctions, taught a seminar about auctions, and has earned a sterling reputation plus respected name recognition for his professional ethics and conduct.
Phil Riner Auctions also provides personal property appraisals for legal, insurance, or personal needs, buys scrap silver and gold, conducts many estate "tag sales", and sells high dollar items with discreetion and security for sellers.
Business property liquidations have included construction equipment, machine shop contents, fiberglass fabrication facility, gift shops, antiques stores, furniture stores, office supplies, a chemical manufacturer, card shops, restaurants and more. Phil and his wife Debbie have been married for 39 years and have three sons: Chase, Colby, and Carson, all of whom have assisted in the family owned auction business.
