We sold our house the same day we put it on the market. We agreed to have the home empty in nine days of the day we signed the sales agreement. We were about to call movers to take everything in our home to storage. Dr. Bowen assured us that his company could clear the home in two days, clean it, and remove the entire content to a remote site to sell it. That's just what they did. Their team was careful, professional and considerate. There was no breakage. My sale went way better than expected. Villages Liquidations cleaned my home, removed picture hangers, patched and touch-up patched areas, repaired loose backsplash tiles, did some pressure washing around our pool, and even changed out and discarded old appliances for us. They even go us a nice high value receipt for our unsold items, which we donated to their in-house charity. we didn't lift a finger after we signed their agreement. We couldn't have done it without them. Really great people - highly recommended.

Just wanted to thank you one more time for all of your hard work to make my Mom’s liquidation sale a success. As you know, it was a very difficult time for our family. All of you were so caring and you took so much time with all of us. I know you had at least one more event the week that you did ours, but we couldn’t help but feel that we were your only client. At one point, about an hour after the sale had ended, and your folks were tidying up, I started to cry, watching my Mom’s house being cleaned and closed up for the final time. Of course my sister joined in, and that started the water-works for all of us.
