·         We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debt Cards.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·         All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·         Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm. 

·        A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·         Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday and 10am Sunday; you must be present to receive one.

·         Friday Full Price.

·         Saturday 30% Off Most Items till noon.

                Noon till closing 50% Off Most Items.

·         This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·         Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·        Please do not park on the grass.

Directions for our estate sale in Long Grove this weekend:

From Half Day Road and Buffalo Grove Road in Long Grove IL.

Take Half Day Road west to Oak Grove Drive.

Turn left (south) on Oak Grove Drive at the T intersection turn right to stay on Oak Grove Drive to Hedgewood Court.

The house is on the corner of Oak Grove Drive and Hedgewood Court and there is plenty of street parking. The house is 5360 Hedgewood Court.

Please pay attention to posted no parking signs.

Parking is only allowed on the west side of the street.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes.
