We ask that all large items purchase are picked up by 3 pm on the final day of the sale. Please remember to inspect your purchases, and check your receipts for accuracy prior to leaving the sale. When parking your car, please do not block any driveways. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries. Enter at your own risk. DIRECTIONS: ***DO NOT GO THRU RESIDENTS ENTRANCE OFF SOSSOMAN***MUST ENTER THROUGH THE BROADWAY ENTRANCE This sale is located in the Fountain of the Sun community. GPS will take you to the Sossaman entrance, which is the resident entrance, so you can not enter there. You will need to drive to the Broadway Entrance EAST of Sossaman to get in. Just let them know you are there for the estate sale. This home has lots of native inspired collectibles. There is also patio furniture, recliners, glider chairs, yard decor, jewelry and other stuff as well. Sales starts on Thursday April 5th at 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, and runs for 3 days. See you there! |
