Our clients are well known antique dealers who have spent the past 50 years selling and collecting locally, nationally and internationally as well as selling to set & costume designers in Hollywood. 3 entrances

Entrance 1: Rooms 1-5 & Main Hall Way (FRONT STREET)

Entrance 2: Upstairs (FRONT STREET)

Entrance 3: Room 6 -9 & Basement (BACK DOOR)

Once you leave one area, you will have to stand in line at the next entrance. No line jumping. Lines will be long. We encourage you to arrive well before the sale begins. The early bird gets the worm!

-Pay Station: There will be one pay station at each entrance. You must pay for all your items before heading to the next entrance/line.

-Large Items- Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve will have a large price tag taped to them. If you need assistance in removing the item, you may be asked to retrieve your item later in the day. We will provide SOLD tags for all large items and difficult to retrieve items. You will be expected to write your name and telephone number on the SOLD tags. You will be expected to place the TK SOLD tag on the item.

-Holding area: We will provide a holding area at each pay station. Due to limited amount of space, our holding area will not be very large. If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area. We encourage you to shop with a friend and bring a box or bag to make your shopping experience easier if you choose to buy in bulk.
