Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·         We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Cards.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·         All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·         Sale Hours:

Friday 9am to 3pm

Saturday 10am to 3pm

·        A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·         Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & 9am Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·         Friday Full Price All Day.

·         For this sale only Saturday 50% Off Most Items

·         This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·         Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·        Please do not park on the grass.

We charge 3% for all credit card & debt card transactions.

Please Bring Big Strong Help and Truck or Van to Load Large Items since Ampersand does not have additional staff to provide moving help.

Items are sold AS IS, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, please check all items fully before you make your purchases at the estate sale.

Please be respectful and mindful of the Neighbors and abide by traffic & parking laws, Double Parking, Blocking Cars in or Blocking Driveways or Garages will possibly cause ticketing or towing of your vehicle.

Take Buffalo Grove north to  Cobbler Lane.

Turn right (east) on Cobbler Lane to Arlington Drive.
