EDS has been in business since 2013 and has conducted 100's of Auctions. Our owner, Brian Sample, has been in the Antiques, Collectibles & Auction business since the 1980's in some format or another. Licensed as an Auctioneer since 1998 and a Realtor since 2003, Brian has personally overseen 100's of live and online auctions. Our Auctions are always fresh Estate & Downsizing merchandise from individuals and businesses, never wholesale or loaded in any format. We also buy estates and downsizing leftovers. For new bidders with no transactional history with us, EDS wants to clarify how important your business and bids are. Having said that, we ask that you understand if our staff calls and ask for information or details about you or the payment transaction. This is simply a precaution to protect us and you from fraud. Chargebacks to credit cards cost us every season. Sometimes these charges are legitimate because of a mistake or error on our end or yours. Unfortunately, more often than not, these chargebacks are the result of a stolen card or a fraudulent buyer. We ask that you please understand our position. We simply cannot ship items to out of state bidders without assurance that the payment is secure and in our account. In some cases, especially where the items purchased are high value lots, we may ask for a USPS Money Order or a wire transfer payment.
