Delinquent Accounts: The bidder that has not paid for, or has not removed their items from the auction site, will be subject to the cost of storage, trucking, re-sale, deficiency balances, collection fees, and any legal fees for recouping a loss due to the bidder's negligence. To date, we have sold OVER 1200 pocket watches for the family. For the bidders that have bought watches from the estate in the past, we “thank you” very much. We hope you enjoy the pocket watches as much as he did. It has been our pleasure offering these to the public. DO THEY RUN? Each of the watches are in working order; unless it is stated “does not run” in the Lot Description. Please refer to the Lot Description for additional watch information and notes regarding working condition or remarks. All watches are sold as-is. We do the best we can to provide you enough information to make a confident bid. We use pocketwatchdatabase.com for some information. The Lots are sorted by Size (smallest to largest), then Manufacturer, then Serial Number.
