Buyers Premiums:
8% per item for payments made with Cash Only
10% per item for payments made with Check, Credit or Debit Cards
15% per item for all items won online

The Real Estate will have a 10% Non-Refundable Earnest Money Deposit placed right after the bid is accepted by the seller. There is no buyer's representation fee that will be given to any/all real estate agency. There is a Buyer's Premium on ALL Real Estate of 2% of the purchase price that will be made payable to Clark Auction Company, LLC and will be collected at the time of checkout that day.
