I hope you enjoyed our last mid-century modern sale.  And here comes another one and it’s online.  And there’s other good stuff besides MCM items.  There’re antique chest of drawers and china cabinet.  And there’re some stereo systems, records and DVDs as well.  Plus, there’re some MCM china and other china made from northern Europe. Item Pick Up Information:

Pickup Date/Time: By appointment, from Friday (05/09) to Saturday (05/10) everyday between 9:30AM to 2:30PM

Pickup Location:  Diablo, CA 94528 (address will be sent to purchaser through Email)

Appointment is needed for pickup.  Please Email (du_rick@yttestatesales.com) or Call (925)215-1259 for appointment.  

Everything is released at “as is” and “where is” condition.  And all sales are final. 

When planning your pickup, please allow sufficient time to pack and move your items before the end time. Please bring up any questions or concerns to the administrator on site.  By departing from the pickup site, you are acknowledging that you have all items and that they are to your satisfaction.

Terms and Restrictions: PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

1.         Please carefully review the pictures before purchasing.  The pictures can be zoomed in for detailed viewing.    

2.         Due to the lighting used in some pictures, the color in picture is brighter/lighter than the actual color when seen under normal light.  Please take that into account when buying. 

3.         We accept all major credit cards plus Paypal and Venmo.  The address will be sent to the purchaser once payment is made. 

4.         Please be sure you are able to pick the item up before buying. 

5.         Please bring proof of sale and ID for the pickup. 

6.         If you can’t make the pickup window, please call ahead to make special pickup arrangements before purchasing.  However, there is a very limited time frame for any special pickups. 

7.         Please bring your own packaging and moving material, as well as additional people to help, for the pickup.  And please keep in mind that some of the furniture may require some disassembly, so please bring your own tools as well. 

8.         All sales are final.  Refund can be issued only in case the description and pictures of an item is grossly inaccurate.  If you discover such a case, please let us know immediately so we may rectify it.

9.         For this particular sale, we will not accept any resale licenses.  For resellers, please keep proof of purchase for this sale for your sales tax deduction when your file your next tax return.  If you’re not certain, please call and I’ll provide you with some additional information.
