Please join us in beautiful Sarver, PA! This sprawling ranch boasts antique & modern oak furnishings, a sterling silver jewelry collection, the contents of 2 barns, and a blacksmithing shop full of tools.

SALE TERMS 

·       Please bring SOLD tags & help with loading

·       Please bring packing supplies.

·       All items will be priced for “cash & carry”.  This is not an auction.

·       We accept Cash, Venmo & PayPal. We also accept credit cards for purchases of $20 or more. A 5% fee will be applied to CC.

·       Absolutely NO PRESALES.  Doors open at noon on SALE DAY.

·       We encourage you to arrive early. An entry line forms.  We limit the number of buyers in the building for the buyers' safety.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. PLEASE NO SPACE HOLDING IN LINE.  Line holding will result in being asked to move to the back of the line.

·       Entry 1: Garage- Access to the house & garage

·       Entry 2: Barn 1

·       Entry 3: Barn 2

·       Checkout will be at the garage

·       PARKING-Please follow the parking signs.  You will be parking in a grass field. Park at your own risk.

·       Absolutely NO HOLDS

·       We DO NOT disclose pricing before sale.

·       Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve will have a larger price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS

·       SOLD Area: A holding area will be designated for SOLD items.  If you place your items on the sold table or instruct someone to put your items on the sold table, you are obligated to purchase those items.
