We accept cash, debit & credit cards with a convenience fee. We do not accept checks. Please be careful, as we are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please be courteous when parking, and do not block driveways or mailboxes. We do not pass out numbers; we will let you in as soon as possible based on your position in line. All of our sales are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Most of our estate sales have a long line, especially on the first day. Please dress appropriately for the current weather conditions and be prepared to wait in line. We will let a certain number of people in at a time based on the size of the estate at our discretion. Please bring help to load large or heavy items. Any items outside the home are available to be claimed before the sale opening on a first-come, first-served basis. No items are available to purchase before the sale. All items are being sold as-is no refunds. All items must be picked up by close on the last day of the sale, or your items will be forfeited. No on-street parking. Do not park in the driveway. Please do not park in the neighbor's driveways. Parking will be at the park across the street. The driveway will be for loading only. The home is located on a busy street; please exercise caution when crossing the street. This home is dimly lit; feel free to bring flashlights if needed. This home is on the smaller side, so we will only be able to let in a limited number of people at a time. Please be patient & courteous, we'll do the absolute best we can.
