Bid online now through Thursday, September 25th at alderferauction.com.  This auction will begin closing at 8 PM at a rate of 5 lots per minute. Active bidding will be auto-extended 3 minutes for each lot once it begins to close.

Holiday and decorative lots include assorted vintage Shiny Brite glass ornaments alongside holiday candy containers, tinsel decorations, angels, and Putz sheep and houses. Antique miniature hand crafted wooden castle, lead and composition toy figurines of hunters, soldiers, cowboys, and Native American figures, including Elastolin and Lineol military band and soldier figures.

Porcelain and ceramic pieces are a major portion of the catalog. Highlights include Wedgwood blue and green jasperware, Staffordshire transferware teapots, Meakin pitchers, and Cuthbertson Christmas Tree dinnerware. Additional sets include Franciscan Desert Rose dinnerware, Meito Lotus fine china, French porcelain plates with pastoral and bullfighting scenes, and a Nippon Dark Woodland pieces. Decorative porcelain figurines include Goebel and Hummel and Royal Doulton. 

Glass and crystal offerings include Orrefors crystal compotes, Lenox crystal stemware with silver trim, Spiegelau sherbet dishes, and an array of pressed, etched, and cut glass pitchers, bowls, and lidded jars. 

Lighting and timepieces include etched crystal table lamps, milk glass column lamps, and porcelain lamps. Clocks include a Seth Thomas octagonal drop wall clock with painted glass panel.

Metalwork ranges from silver-plated serving trays, butter dishes, and napkin rings to brass candelabras, menorahs, and incense burners, along with copper cookware including double boilers, skillets, and lidded pots. Additional entries include a cast iron squirrel nutcracker and painted cast iron bookends of Amish figures.

Art and photography selections include framed botanical prints, collographs, watercolors, engravings, and street scenes, with artists such as Richard Redd represented. Camera lots feature Pentax Spotmatic F, Polaroid, Fujifilm, Vivitar, and Ansco models, along with vintage cases, lenses, and flash units.

Miscellaneous highlights include a vintage dolls with clothing and Baily, Banks & Biddle box, cast iron collectibles, binoculars with leather case, and a Schick styling hair dryer with original packaging.
