REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. All bidders and others attending this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and agree to be bound thereby. These terms are in addition to all other posted information, if any. Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to bid on behalf of an absentee bidder.

PICKUPS & REMOVALS: At the end of the auction invoices will be sent to winning bidders (check your junk mail folders). Payments can be made by e-transfer to accounting@greatwestteam.com. Once payment has been received, you and the North Lambton Secondary School Wrestling Team will receive a paid receipt. Paid items can then be picked up North Lambton Secondary School, 15 George St, Forest, ON N0N 1J0 from Friday, December 5th, between the hours of 8 am and 2 pm. RESERVE: Seldom are items sold with Reserve. If an item is being sold with a reserve, it will be clearly marked and identified. For items sold with a 'reserve', you will be required to pay a minimum amount in order to win the item.

AUCTION RECORDS: In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records.

CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an (as is) where is basis, with all faults. Note: Sizes are approximate and not guaranteed to be exact.

OFF-SITE AUCTIONS: Off-site auctions are all auctions not held at the Great West Auction Building, 4066 Brigden Road, Petrolia, ON. All items must be picked up for off-site auctions. If winning bidder is unable to pickup at the site and needs items brought back to Great West Auction for later pickup, it must be arranged in advance, if/when the service is available. There will be a $20-$75 transportation fee per lot. Not all items are able to be transported by our staff, and this service is not always available. Failure to pickup or make alternate arrangements will result in removal fees and it will become property of Great West.

FAILURE TO PAY: Any bidder who has a winning bid and fails to pay, not respond to calls and/or emails will be banned from bidding in future auctions.

The North Lambton Secondary School Wrestling team is hosting an auction to raise funds for the team. The team was resurrected in 2016 and has made steady gains in the Wrestling world. Last year we had our strongest showing at LKSSAA in our history - sending 14 athletes to SWOSSAA. There Daphne Farr and Jordan Anderson qualified for OFSAA, held in Hamilton. Funds from this fundraiser will be used toward team enhancement, team outings, and to help support athletes in financial need. Watch for more items to come! Your support is very much appreciated.
