Property Inspection: Showing dates for the Real Estate are Wednesday November 26th, Monday December 1st & Wednesday December 3rd from 11am-2pm. Personal property will be available for inspection on Wednesday, December 3rd from 11am-2pm at both locations.


---PAYMENT---
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. *Credit Card transactions may be limited by dollar amount and a wire transfer requested at our discretion for shipping purchases. We will not charge over $900 on a credit card. You will need to set up a wire transfer. *

Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.

South Dakota sales tax charged on all items except currency & titled lots.

If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. ---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION---

Property Settlement & Pickup: All items must be settled for and picked up Friday December 5th between 11:00am & 2:00pm. No Exceptions. All payments will be taken at Bradeen Auctions 410 N. 3rd Street, Buffalo Gap SD and then proceed to other locations with your paid receipt to gather your won lots.

Cash, card and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given date. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items.

All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property.

You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge the credit card you registered with if no contact has been made by 2:00pm on settlement day. Please note, the buyer will also be responsible for the 3.75% credit card transaction fee.

---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES---

We do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply.

1.) 3.75% credit card swipe fee. Cash and check payments only accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours.

2.) Minimum $25 handling/storage fee per bidder. Additional handling/storage expense incurred depending on size and/or volume of items.

Shipping of small lots/items is available, larger items cannot be accommodated as the cost of shipping may outweigh the value of the item(s), we are happy to work with you and a shipping agent of your choice.
