·       Please bring SOLD tags for large items & help with loading. Large Items: Items that are difficult to retrieve will have a larger price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS

·       Please bring packing supplies.

·       All items will be priced for “cash & carry”.  This is not an auction.

·       We accept Cash, Venmo & PayPal. We also accept credit cards for purchases of $20 or more. A 5% fee will be applied to CC.

·       Absolutely NO PRESALES

·       We encourage you to arrive early. An entry line forms.  We limit the number of buyers in the building for everyone's safety.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. PLEASE NO SPACE HOLDING IN LINE.  Line holding will result in being asked to move to the back of the line.

·       Absolutely NO HOLDS

·       We DO NOT disclose pricing before sale.

·       SOLD Area: A designated holding area will be set aside for SOLD items.  If you place your items on the sold table or instruct someone to put your items on the sold table, you are obligated to purchase those items.
