This is an 8% Buyers Fee sale. The sale price is the high bid and the 8% buyer’s fee is an expense to the buyer. Earnest money of $ 7,500.00 must accompany the Offer to Purchase.

Your bank letter must include the dollar amount of the bid permission you are requesting.
