Auction Close: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 PM CDT, Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Payment terms: Terms are Credit Card only. Credit card will be charged to the card on file immediately after auction closes. No items will be removed until payment in full has been received. Purchases over $5,000 must be a cashier's check or wire transfer unless previous arrangements with Auctioneer have been made. No credit card surcharge will be applied. Buyer's premium: There is a 15% buyer's premium on all purchases made through on-line bidding. Previews of Items: There is no preview for this auction. Pick up of items: PLEASE NOTICE PICK UP DATES. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THE DATES PROVIDED. Local pick up is available Friday, May 1, 2026 from 5:00 PM to - 7:00 PM CDT and Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 10:00 AM - Noon CDT ONLY. Items are located northwest of Silver City, IA Payment is required prior to pick up. Any items remaining after the designated pick up times will become property of Menke Auction and Realty.
