All items are sold to the highest bidder and are subject to a 13% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to bidding. A credit card on file will be processed immediately following the auction for up to $750. Any remaining balance must be paid in full. For shipped orders, buyers will receive a secure payment link via Global Payments to complete their invoice. No items will be shipped until payment is made in full. Welcome to this Living Estate Auction at our Myrtle Beach auction facility. Due to the seller�s home closing faster than expected, there was not enough time to conduct an on-site estate auction, so the contents of the home were relocated to our facility.
Because of the large volume of merchandise, this auction will be held separately from our weekly consignment auction. Featured items include a large collection of Disney collectibles, furniture, artwork, household d�cor, kitchen items, and more.
All bidding takes place online only in a timed auction format with extended bidding to ensure a fair opportunity for all bidders. We appreciate your participation and look forward to another great auction.

The auction will begin closing on Wednesday, June 3rd at 6PM
Item pickup will take place Thursday, June 4th from 9AM-2PM
Buyers will receive a text after the auction with a link to confirm pickup or request shipping. If picking up in person, use the scheduler link provided in the text to reserve a pickup time.
Payment Information:
Credit cards will be charged immediately following the auction for a nonrefundable deposit of up to $750. The remaining balance must be paid in full on pickup day. Payment is required before any items can be removed.

Shipping:
Shipping is available for all items and is handled through Carolina Relocation Services (CRS). If you need shipping, reply to the post-auction text or to your paid-in-full invoice. Items for shipping will be picked up by CRS at our facility and transported to their warehouse at 6720 Elbow Road, Conway, SC 29527. CRS will contact you directly to arrange packing, quotes, and delivery.

Item Removal
Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases during the scheduled pickup window.
Items not picked up by the deadline will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items may be resold, and no refunds will be issued. The auction company is not responsible for damage or theft after the auction ends.
Transportation
Buyers must make their own arrangements for transporting items. We do not provide moving services.
