________________________________________ AUCTION DETAILS All auctions are conducted online by John T. Henry Auction Co., LLC. All items are sold to the highest bidder and are subject to a 13% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to bidding. A credit card on file will be processed immediately following the auction for up to $750. Any remaining balance must be paid in full. For shipped orders, buyers will receive a secure payment link via Global Payments to complete their invoice. No items will be shipped until payment is made in full. High-value or flagged invoices may require payment by wire transfer at the auctioneer's discretion prior to release or shipment of items. ________________________________________ PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION By registering for this auction, the bidder authorizes John T. Henry Auction Co., LLC to charge the credit card on file for all purchases, including buyer's premiums, taxes, and applicable fees. The bidder agrees that this authorization is ongoing and applies to all invoices. Payment must be completed in full prior to removal or shipment of any items. ________________________________________ TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP Ownership of items transfers to the buyer immediately upon being declared the winning bidder. All risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the buyer at that time, regardless of pickup or shipping status. ________________________________________ SHIPPING, TRANSFER & FORFEITURE POLICY All items designated for shipping will be removed from the auction site and transported to the auction company�s facility. Items are picked up from the auction site on Tuesday of the week following the auction, at which time they are transferred to the third-party shipper, Carolina Relocation Services LLC (CRS), for packing and shipment.Once items are transferred to CRS, they are considered released from the auction company and are in the possession of the shipper on behalf of the buyer. The auction company will settle with the consignor at that time.By requesting shipping, the buyer agrees to pay all shipping, handling, and packing charges directly to CRS. Failure or refusal to pay shipping charges will result in forfeiture of all merchandise with no refund. Forfeited items become the property of the shipper, who may dispose of or resell them at their discretion.All sales remain final. John T. Henry Auction Co., LLC is proud to present an outstanding collection of model trains, Barbie dolls, accessories, and collectibles from a local estate.
This auction features a large assortment of train-related collectibles, including locomotives, rolling stock, train sets, accessories, and related items from various manufacturers. Also included is an extensive collection of Barbie dolls.
A significant portion of the collection remains in its original packaging, with many items appearing to have been carefully stored for years. All merchandise was recently recovered from a storage unit and is being offered at public online auction to settle the estate.
This is only the first offering from the estate. Additional merchandise and personal property remain at the residence and will be sold in a future onsite estate auction.
Whether you are a collector, dealer, reseller, or hobbyist, this auction presents an excellent opportunity to acquire a wide variety of train and Barbie collectibles from a single-owner estate collection.

Payment Information:
Credit cards will be charged immediately following the auction for a nonrefundable deposit of up to $750. The remaining balance must be paid in full on pickup day. Payment is required before any items can be removed.

Shipping is available for all items and is handled through Carolina Relocation Services (CRS). If you need shipping, reply to the post-auction text or to your paid-in-full invoice. Items for shipping will be picked up by CRS at our facility and transported to their warehouse at 6720 Elbow Road, Conway, SC 29527. CRS will contact you directly to arrange packing, quotes, and delivery.
