________________________________________ AUCTION DETAILS All auctions are conducted online by John T. Henry Auction Co., LLC. All items are sold to the highest bidder and are subject to a 13% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to bidding. A credit card on file will be processed immediately following the auction for up to $750. Any remaining balance must be paid in full. For shipped orders, buyers will receive a secure payment link via Global Payments to complete their invoice. No items will be shipped until payment is made in full. High-value or flagged invoices may require payment by wire transfer at the auctioneer's discretion prior to release or shipment of items. ________________________________________ PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION By registering for this auction, the bidder authorizes John T. Henry Auction Co., LLC to charge the credit card on file for all purchases, including buyer's premiums, taxes, and applicable fees. All risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the buyer at that time, regardless of pickup or shipping status. ________________________________________ SHIPPING, TRANSFER & FORFEITURE POLICY All items designated for shipping will be removed from the auction site and transported to the auction company�s facility. Items are picked up from the auction site on Tuesday of the week following the auction, at which time they are transferred to the third-party shipper, Carolina Relocation Services LLC (CRS), for packing and shipment.Once items are transferred to CRS, they are considered released from the auction company and are in the possession of the shipper on behalf of the buyer. The auction company will settle with the consignor at that time.By requesting shipping, the buyer agrees to pay all shipping, handling, and packing charges directly to CRS. Failure or refusal to pay shipping charges will result in forfeiture of all merchandise with no refund. Forfeited items become the property of the shipper, who may dispose of or resell them at their discretion.All sales remain final. This is a small estate auction located at 1852 Parish Way, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. This is an online, on-site auction, meaning all items remain at the location and bidding takes place online only. There is no live bidding on-site. Bidders will place bids through the online catalog, and the auction will close in a timed format with 5 items closing per minute. If a bid is placed in the final moments of a lot, that lot will extend until bidding stops, giving all bidders a fair opportunity.
Preview will be held Monday, June 22nd from 12-3PM. This is time to view and inspect items in person before bidding. If you are unable to attend preview, please email with any questions and we will do our best to respond while on-site.
The auction will begin closing Monday, June 22nd at 6PM. Winning bidders will receive a text message after the auction to either schedule a pickup time or request shipping through Shipping Saint.

All items must be removed during these time frames. Please come prepared with your own help, tools, and transportation.
Payment will be processed automatically after the auction using the credit card on file for up to $750, with any remaining balance due. Buyers attending pickup may also pay at that time, while buyers requesting shipping will receive a secure payment link before items are shipped.
Shipping is available on all items. If shipping is needed, buyers must confirm by text after the auction. Items will be transported to Carolina Relocation Services LLC in Conway, where buyers will be contacted directly with shipping quotes and tracking information. All shipping scheduling is handled through Shipping Saint via text.
A 13% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to bidding. All items are sold as-is, where-is, and descriptions and photos are provided as a guide only.
