We are NOT responsible for accidents or injuries. Starting Wednesday, we will have a sign up sheet affixed to the front door and will honor the order of the handwritten list of names, however, we are not responsible for monitoring the list. We will call off the names allowing 10 - 20 people into the estate at a time. As people leave, we will call off more names. |

This estate is located within a quiet lakefront neighborhood. Please help us respect the homeowners and neighbors by following these simple parking guidelines.
• Please drive slowly throughout the neighborhood. • Be mindful of ongoing road construction in the area. • The driveway is reserved ONLY for furniture pickups, loading purchases, and guests with mobility limitations. • Limited parking is available in the upper parking area near the home. • Additional parking is available along the roadway where permitted. • Our staff will be outside directing traffic and assisting with parking throughout the sale.
