Manufactured Home(s) described above and its contents** and appurtenances** are being sold at a Public LIVE Bid Auction, authorized by the respective MHC management company  - Lienholder and Innkeeper's Lien for unpaid rent and lien for storage charges. Contents and appurtenances may include (if any) all fixtures, appliances, furniture, mattresses, TV's, curtains, drapes, mini blinds, and all other window treatments, and all other personal property located within said manufactured mobile home, all blocking, tie-downs, and set up materials, awnings, porches, skirting, steps, antennas, sheds, and all clothing, personal property and belongings therein or upon said lot. Quantity of contents is a mixture - a home, may or may not have a garage and shed may be practically empty, while other homes, and/or garage and shed may have larger quantity of furniture and personal property belongings. IF there is a garage on the lot, its structure is to remain on-site and NOT be removed. However, garage contents must be removed. All properties are abandoned, no one currently lives in the home.

       IF high winner bidder intends to move re-locate this home off-site, buyer MUST do so within 60 ( Sixty ) days & be pre-approved by Ingram Manor regulations for such a move which covers bonding, insurance, etc. Garage stays on Ingram Manor grounds, but mover/buyer responsibility to properly remove garage contents, If Any. During move preparation time, buyer pays monthly lot rents. It is recommended the home mover checks with Ingram Manor  about its moving rules well before Auction Day.
