McGee Auction makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions; however, all measurements, descriptions, and counts are approximate. Printed or verbal statements are offered in good faith but are matters of opinion. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding and for determining condition, completeness, and suitability. PAYMENT: All purchases must be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction. Credit cards on file will be charged the day of the auction for purchases up to $500. Balances over $500 require payment by cash, certified check, or bank wire. Purchases over $500 must be paid by certified funds or bank wire before shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A temporary authorization may appear on your account before the sale. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases. South Carolina sales tax will be applied unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is submitted to mcgeeauction@gmail.com prior to auction close. PICK-UP & REMOVAL: Pick-up times will scheduled through Shipping Saints. Buyers must remove items at the scheduled time. Buyers are solely responsible for loading, packing, and transporting purchases. We do not provide movers, tools, or packing materials. For large or heavy items, professional movers are strongly recommended. All items must be removed within 48 hours of auction close unless otherwise noted. Items not removed will be considered abandoned with no refunds issued. Abandoned items are subject to disposal fees. If buyer is unable to make pickup times, a rescheduling fee of $25 will be charged. SHIPPING: McGee Auction utilizes Shipping Saints for shipping. Before shipping all purchases must be paid in full to McGee Auction, as well as separate shipping fee through Shipping Saints.
