We do our best to describe and photograph items, but we are by no means perfect and may miss something that is important to you. If the item was tested, it will say so in the description - time does not allow for testing of most items. All Sales Are Final With No Refunds/Returns/Exchanges.

� Removal: Appointments are recommended for pickup and are available 9am-6pm Wed-Fri Sept 16th-18th. NO ALTERNATIVE DATES/TIMES are available. Each item left past this deadline will be assessed a $10/day late pickup fee and after 10days will be considered abandoned and may be immediately resold with no notice or credit given to you. If you have not scheduled a pickup appointment in the online scheduler by 12noon Fri Sept 18th, your credit card on file will be charged.
� Forms of Payment for this Auction: All items must be paid for at Heritage, 6877 Gadsden Hwy, Trussville AL 35173. (A) CASH or CERTIFIED FUNDS, due by 6pm Fri Sept 18th, otherwise your credit card on file will be charged. (B) VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS branded credit/debit cards due by 6pm Sept 18th. All debit cards are processed as credit in accordance with card-network regulations. Card must be present and in users name. Bidder waives their right to initiate a charge-back on their credit card for any reason. Cards are not accepted in the case of invoices of $500 or more that are to be shipped, on gold in ANY amount , select silver lots, on items that are to be titled outside of Alabama, or on any registration/billing/shipping address in WA/OR/CA/NY (we have had high levels of fraud in these states) - wire transfers or cash are the preferred method of payment in these instances. Items paid for with a card will ONLY be shipped to the card billing address - if a complete AVS match cannot be aquired, then you will need to pay by wire transfer or cash to choose a different shipping address. (C) WIRE TRANSFER, due by 6pm Fri Sept 18th, otherwise your credit card on file will be charged. Keep in mind that most bank's wire departments are not open on the weekend/holidays and it usually takes 24hrs for a wire to be completed. (D) PERSONAL/COMPANY CHECK, NOT ACCEPTED. (E) If you miss your pickup appointment, your credit card on file will be charged regardless of your preferred payment method. (F) All payments accepted after the removal deadlines must be in the form of cash or wire transfer. (G) If you have not scheduled a pickup appointment in the online scheduler by 12noon Fri Sept 18th, your card on file will be charged. (H) If you are outside of AL, we will assume you will need shipping and may charge your card on file at the end of the auction.
� ONLINE Buyer's Premium & Convenience Fee: For all ONLINE bidders, a 10% buyer's premium (auction fee) will be added to all items, with an additional 3.5% convenience fee for use of credit/debit card (all debit cards are processed as credit in accordance with card-network regulations).
� Jewelry: All measurements and weights given are estimates. We do not usually acid test for gold purity but rely on markings.
� Shipping: Is available on most items that can be shipped by USPS or UPS/FedEx Ground. No shipping quotes are given prior to the auction. Items paid for with a credit card will ONLY be shipped to the credit card billing address - if a complete AVS match cannot be aquired, then you will need to pay by wire transfer or cash to choose a different shipping address. Shipping will be at the carrier's published rates plus insurance plus up to $5 per box, for packing supplies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will combine shipping and use the most economical shipping method. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN PURCHASING ITEMS THAT ARE HEAVY, OVERSIZED OR ODD SHAPED, THAT THE SHIPPING & HANDLING MAY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE. Note that just because we CAN ship an item, doesn't mean that the cost to ship will be feasible. Heritage is not responsible for breakage or loss during shipping. If you want coverage, you must purchase insurance at the time of shipping. All claims must be taken up with the carrier.
