� Forms of Payment for this Auction: All items must be paid for at Heritage, 6877 Gadsden Hwy, Trussville AL 35173. (A) CASH or CERTIFIED FUNDS, due by 6pm Fri Sept 18th, otherwise your credit card on file will be charged. (B) VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS branded credit/debit cards due by 6pm Sept 18th. All debit cards are processed as credit in accordance with card-network regulations. Card must be present and in users name. Bidder waives their right to initiate a charge-back on their credit card for any reason. Cards are not accepted in the case of invoices of $1000 or more that are to be shipped, on gold in ANY amount , select silver lots, on items that are to be titled outside of Alabama, or on any registration/billing/shipping address in WA/OR/CA/NY (we have had high levels of fraud in these states) - wire transfers or cash are the preferred method of payment in these instances. (C) WIRE TRANSFER, due by 6pm Sept 18th, otherwise your credit card on file will be charged. Keep in mind that most bank's wire departments are not open on the weekend/holidays and it usually takes 24hrs for a wire to be completed. (D) PERSONAL/COMPANY CHECK, NOT ACCEPTED. � ONLINE Buyer's Premium & Convenience Fee: For all ONLINE bidders, a 10% buyer's premium (auction fee) will be added to all items, with an additional 3.5% convenience fee for use of credit/debit card (all debit cards are processed as credit in accordance with card-network regulations).
� Titled Vehicles: There is a $25 Doc Fee for all titled vehicles (lot descriptions indicate if titled). Your title application will be mailed to you within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item's description. If you are a dealer or an out-of-state purchaser, the current title will be mailed to you within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item's description.
