Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a great Beverly Estate Sale on Friday October 15th from 9am - 2pm. You will find some antiques, furniture, watch collection, costume jewelry, vintage tea cup collection, costume jewelry, sterling silver, silver-plate, bedroom furniture, bureaus, beds, framed puzzles, seashell collection, clothing, vintage holiday items, Christmas decorations, huge vintage ceramic light up Christmas tree, sports memorabilia, vintage kitchenware & glassware, china, tools, hand tools, collectibles, household goods, knick-knacks & more… Don’t miss this fun one!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!
Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).
If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).
Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
