Listing Information

This is such an absolutely amazing sale! The 10 acre park-like property has a 3900 square foot home, lighted soccer field, tennis court, pool, ponds and streams. Our client is equally if not more wonderful than the property. We are so blessed to have this opportunity to be of service to her as she moves on to what I what I hope will be the best chapter of her life thus far.

PLEASE READ! IMPORTANT!

1. The gates to the property won’t be open to customers until 4:30pm, ½ hour before we open. Please don’t try to come in early! You’ll be asked to leave.

2. My client, her family and my staff will be coming and going until then, so there will be authorized people using the gate.

3. We will have parking on the property, but you can also park on the street outside the gate and walk up. Please DO NOT park in the circle or in front of the garage. Those areas are for loading only.

4. The drive up to the house is fairly narrow. Please give the people leaving the right-of-way.

5. Normally, we would have two registers, but both of my cashiers are out of town! That means I’ll be running the register inside. I PROMISE I WON’T TALK A LOT TO KEEP THE LINE MOVING! Please be patient!

6. Outside, the guys will write tickets for you to bring to me, inside along with any tear tags you have.

7. I highly suggest coming with a buddy. On a property this large (or even a small one) it’s hard for us to watch the hold areas. Take turns watching each other’s things, so something you can’t live without doesn’t walk off.

Today, we added 4 fabulous trail saddles in a variety of sizes. The tooled leather is beautiful! We also added some foreign coins and bills, a little bit of jewelry, an arc welder, a couple of compound bows, a SubZero refrigerator, an under counter and large wine cooler, and vintage Pyrex cookware.

There's really too much to list so here's a short list of items of note! I'm going to let the pictures do the talking.

Inside you'll find, 3 Waterford Crystal chandeliers, a Waterford lamp, Waterford Mourne goblets and sherry glasses, lots of Waterford Lismore pieces, Lalique, Baccarat, and Swarovski Crystal, Boehm, very rare Lladro, Cybis, Herrend, Belleek porcelain a beautiful beautiful antique Jacobean dining table, chairs, sideboard and china cabinet, power leather theater chairs, native american collectibles, Beverly Doolittle prints, Fukagawa lamps, vintage Century furniture sofa table, Burlington Furniture bedroom set, lots of electronics, tons of games...

Outside, we have a John Deere Gator with just over 1100 hours, a Toro Reelmaster Sidewinder 3100D with less than 1000 hours, a Kubota front loading tractor, tons of camping gear, a Viking professional gas grill, lots of outdoor furniture, carved stone sculptures, over 40,000 Christmas lights, an arc welder, a backyard full of amazing statuary – a Mayan stone calendar, a chimenea (with very tall smoke stack), stone benches, tables, and stools (some decorated with the Star of Texas), industrial benches and picnic tables – a sauna room ... patio furniture that includes Adirondack seating ... a soccer field (the nets are for sale) ... a basketball goal ... tennis netting ... a huge children’s jungle gym (wooden) ... tall bird houses ... a Viking Professional grill ... a wooden totem pole ... two canoes ... lighted Christmas decorations (reindeer, nativity, wreathes, wrapped gifts) ... and more.  There’s so much outside, you might not make it into the house for hours.  But be sure you head inside where you’ll find so much more....

Some of the unique pieces we know collectors will love ... lots and lots of Lalique and Baccarat (don’t overlook the set of angels).  The lady of the house was a buyer for Zales Jewelry Store.  She had the privilege of helping designers at Lladro create 3 limited edition ladies with parasols.  What an unbelievably rare find.  There’s also  ... Waterford chandeliers ... and even a Waterford light fixture on the wall.  In addition to the crystal, you’ll find Herend, Old Nippon, and B&G.  Guys are in for a few surprises too ... a vintage Specialized bicycle, vintage saddles, a set of 4 leather theater chairs, a professional dart set, and camping gear (Coleman lanterns, Coleman stove, and sleeping bags).

A sale that offers something wonderful for everyone.  We think it start with ...

Furniture ... antique dining room table (seats up to 24 people) with a set of 8 chairs and matching server, a Century sofa table, knee hole desks, sofa with matching love seat, a glass top coffee table, Queen Anne style lamp table, an oak king size bedroom set (Burlington), a queen size bedroom set by Stanley, a pair of tall chairs (for watching pool matches), toy chest, a set of 4 leather theater chairs, 2 gaming chairs, a nursery (cribs, rocking chairs, etc.), a set of bunk beds, display cabinets, a pair of newly reupholstered wingbacks, an antique cabinet, entry table (demilune), a kitchen table with matching china cabinet, book cases,

Miscellaneous ... 2 front loading washing machines, dryer, electronics, games and puzzles, camping gear (some new), outdoor holiday decor, power tools, Specialized bicycle, sauna room, a Trotter 510 treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, garden statuary, patio seating, live plants, and books.

There’s really too much to list, so I’m gonna let the pictures do the talking!

We look forward to seeing you!!!
