Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Great West Roxbury Estate Sale on Thursday Feb 29th from 9am-2pm. To start off you find a wonderful vintage Italian dining room set with matching sideboard & hutch, antiques, bedroom furniture, linens, textiles, clothing, Mid Century lamps, electronics, records, PlayStation 3 & games, vintage kitchenware, art, wall décor, ephemera, decorations, tools, hardware, attic & basement treasures, collectibles, knick-knacks, household goods & more! Don’t miss it!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
