| Whether you're a professional picker or just looking for that hidden treasure Best Rate Cleanouts-Estate Sales are a must attend. I have been attending these well run prolific events at every opportunity over a period of years and have yet to walk away unsatisfied or empty handed. Chris' sales are not the only ones that I attend but in my opinion he and his friendly team make these well organized, well run and fairly priced quality estate sales among the very best in Massachusetts. If you decide to go, here's a bit of advice , arrive early. I'm apparently not alone in my thinking as Best Rate Cleanouts typically will draw large crowds with many repeat customers. |

| I recently bought a vintage bass guitar from one of Best Rate Cleanouts Estate Sales, and I don't even live in the same state!!! I saw the sale online and called. Talked to Chris and he said if I was a serious buyer he would give me a crack at the bass the day of the sale by phone. And he did! Seriously, working with him on this purchase was easy and pleasant. The bass came as pictured and described by Chris on the phone. I would recommend Best Rate Cleanouts to anyone! They are very professional, prompt, TRUSTWORTHY(in my opinion that counts for a lot), and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Guys! |

| My husband and I attend many estate sales throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Best Rate Cleanouts sales are at the top of our list every weekend. Friendly, helpful staff, consistently well run sales and plenty of good pictures so you know what to expect. Everything about this company's sales is professional. Everyone on staff is pleasant and makes you want to return for the next sale. Each time we attend a sale we can honestly talk to any new attendees around us and tell them they've made a good choice and will have a pleasant experience. We've never been disappointed in a sale and I don't think we have every left empty handed! Great company and fabulous group of people. |
